Location: Bristol, UK

Role Summary: 

You will join the front line of our service desk, logging and triaging all support tickets that have been received either via the support inbox or via the telephone. You will be responsible for providing and keeping the customer up to date with their ticket and escalating any problem tickets directly to the Service Desk Manager. Training will be provided as to how best to handle tickets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Logging and triaging all tickets 
  • Looking after the builds queue and coordinating deliveries 
  • Looking after the procurement queue 
  • Keeping an eye on the Escalation queue in the absence of the SDM or CSD 
  • Reviewing the dashboard and keeping it up to date 
  • Ensuring that tickets are regularly updated, and the status is moved on 
  • Reviewing all old tickets and reporting to the SDM 
  • Ensuring that P1 tickets are immediately assigned to the SDM 

Additional Role:

  • QC on builds 
  • Looking after leavers and starters

  • Strong verbal and written skills 
  • Organised and pragmatic 
  • Calmness under pressure
