In five months, we have reduced by over 70% and have clear line of sight on Critical and Exploitable vulnerabilities and plans in place to action. After penetration testing and Cyber Essentials Plus this is definitely a key area that businesses need to have visibility and action on – ahead of phishing in how “bad actors” access a business through software vulnerabilities! Managed by our own IG team we keep close tabs on this key threat management vector, but it takes all three parties pulling together to succeed here.” 

We have recently changed our IT support to Impact IT, as our previous company couldn’t provide the service we required. I can only say that Impact have been very helpful during the transitional period, whilst building a structure for our ongoing support. Every reported issue we are kept up to date with, and continued communication with unresolved queries, which is important to us. They are very proactive with regards to our servers and have already contacted us a few times with issues requiring our attention.

We found Joe and David extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they understood our requirements and suggested solutions to any problems they felt we would encounter. We particularly wanted a website that would be easy to maintain and update, as we are constantly changing the content, which we feel we have really achieved with our finished site. Our new website was live by November 2021 with all 15 of our sites now consolidated on to one Quality Inns website, we are delighted with the finished site and the ongoing support that we have received from Impact Solutions.
