Proactive Managed Service Provider
Our monitoring agent (installed on all devices) will track and report problems in real-time – 24/7, sometimes taking automated measures to remedy an issue itself.
If an issue arises that cannot be automatically resolved, the alert will be flagged for resolution. If this cannot be resolved remotely, we will despatch an engineer to your premises to repair the fault.
