The team at Impact IT are pleased to welcome Ashton Hurford as our new Build Engineer. Over the last few weeks, Ashton has been getting to grips with our processes of managing and sending out laptops and other equipment for Impact IT’s clients.
Ashton’s Work Background
Ashton has come from a hospitality background, this being his first IT role. Even though it has been a big career switch, he has adapted really well and got stuck in with the help of our wonderful support team.

“It was a very smooth transition, a lot of following processes and checks to make sure everything is correct, which is something I’m personally good at. Overall, this role feels like it’s built for me and I enjoy this kind of work. I enjoy computers and the vast knowledge that comes with technology and this allows me to fit into the workplace, and work more efficiently.”
